Our stay at the hotel in Kocaeli was fantastic! The location was ideal for those with a car, and the hotel had a modern design with a homey feel. The rooms were spacious and had a large balcony, perfect for enjoying the quiet area. The breakfast, prepared by a talented woman chef, was delicious. The staff, especially the receptionist Salem, were incredibly helpful and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Could not be improved in any way.

During our romantic escape, we found the hotel to be conveniently located near some great restaurants and shopping spots. the room was spotless and well equipped with comfortable bedding and a TV. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast that offered a variety of delicious options.
the bathroom door was broken and the toilet screw was loose, making it uncomfortable to use.

The hotel had a modern and clean design, with a helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of options to choose from. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with fresh towels and linens available. The hotel was conveniently located near several key attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
The bathroom could have been improved, as the door and toilet were broken. the cleaning service could have been better, as there were some areas that were not properly cleaned.

This hotel is your perfect choice for a comfortable stay. the location is very convenient and you can easily explore the surrounding area. the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. the breakfast is delicious.
Some aspects of the hotel leave something to be desired, with some shortcomings in some areas.

We had an incredible stay here! The hotel staff was amazing, they made us feel at home with their exceptional hospitality. Everything was clean and neat, from the daily made rooms to the towels and sheets. The location was convenient for us as we had a car and a parking spot was provided. Breakfast was delicious and the woman chef did a great job. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a big balcony which overlooked the highway.
Nothing that we didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at Business Palas Otel. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the towels and bedding were fresh and spotless. The location was convenient for us as we had a car, and the balcony provided a nice view of the area. The breakfast was delicious, and we especially appreciated the talented woman chef. The staff was friendly, fluent in foreign languages, and always ready to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
